After managing for some time, work teams in companies from various sectors, in 2008 he began his career in ACOPAT in the administration department taking charge of case control and the administrative management of files.
Currently he works in the International Department of ACOPAT as a specialist in European Union Trademarks. Specifically, he is responsible for the defence of Trademarks, the formulation of oppositions and appeals, conducting research and advising on strategies and negotiations in European Community proceedings. Additionally, he manages and coordinates the Departments of Trademark and Community Design and International Trademark.
He specialises in optimising software tools and has a wide knowledge of the network of correspondents on a world level, as well as the particularities of Patent and Trademark management in different countries.
He regularly attends national and international events in the field of Industrial Property organised by specialised entities such as AIPPI, INTA, COAPI, patent forum of the Parc Científic of Barcelona as well as by Business Schools and Business Forums.
