He began his legal practice in 1971 and since then he has been providing legal advice and legal direction of judicial and administrative proceedings, in all its instances, in matters such as Competition Law, Industrial Property, Advertising Law, Intellectual Property and Corporate Law.
In addition to acting as arbitrator in various arbitration proceedings, he has led the legal counseling in various arbitration proceedings.
He has been a consultant of prestigious Spanish companies, establishing strategies of competition and defense of business interests to obtain the highest efficiency and performance of their intangible assets.
He takes over processes of negotiation and elaboration of contracts of licenses, distribution, technology transfer, commerce and franchise.
He regularly teaches courses and lectures on competition law in different academic and innovation forums.
