LEGAL DEPOSIT
The Community Rules grants to all the no registered Designs a protection of 3 years from their disclosure in the territory of the European. Therefore, it is very appropriate the LEGAL DEPOSIT of the catalogues of your products, since we will have a reliable date for:
- Have proofs to assert against third parties the protection of 3 years of the no registered Designs.
- Have proofs of lack of novelty, against possible future misappropriations by third parties of the no registered Designs of our creation.
DOMAINS
It is known as Domain the name that we use in INTERNET for designate the space where we have hoisted our web page, or our main address for the email.
The domains can be registered at national organizations (.es, .fr, .it...), at international organizations (.com, .net, .org...), as well as at regional organizations (.cat, .eu).
We can inform you if a domain is already registered, or if it is available, and in this case, manage its obtaining, as well as its defense at the corresponding organization.
