• We file your Registries at the different official agencies of the entire world (OEPM, EPO, OHIM, WIP, etc.) and we maintain them in force.
• We defend the Rights of our clients both in the Patent and Trademark Offices of anywhere in the World and in the Justice Courts
• R+D+i = We act as Consultants in the preparation of new Technical Projects of R+D and Marketing Campaigns.

Our History

We are expert in Industrial and Intellectual Property and we are dedicated to everything related to Patents, Trademarks, Designs and Industrial Property, being specialized in Patents.
Since 1967 we are placed in BILBAO that is the economic capital of the Vasc Country, region of the North of Spain of industrial and innovating tradition.

As a proof of this tradition in BILBAO in 1887 was patented the Hanging Bridge (only two years after Eiffel patented his famous Tower of Paris).

The building of this Hanging Bridge was one of the first buildings of the World with suspended metallic structure of this type, with the particularity that this Hanging Bridge nowadays is still running and has been recently declared world heritage by the UNESCO.

All the aforementioned is reflected in the numerous industry existent that nowadays is going to high technology sectors as precision machinery, machine tool, locksmithery, electronic industry, chemical industry of energy accumulation, aeronautic industry, telecommunications and informatics industry.

In our specialty in the field of Patents we have concerned to integrate a group of technical collaborators specialized in all the branches of the industry.
